By accessing and using Omnikite ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Description of Service

Omnikite provides a collection of free, browser-based developer and productivity tools. All tools operate entirely within your web browser using client-side technologies including JavaScript, WebAssembly, and the Web Crypto API. No data is uploaded to or processed on our servers.

Free Usage

All tools on Omnikite are currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or paid tiers in the future, but existing free functionality will remain accessible.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you process using our tools.
• You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or exploit the Platform's infrastructure.
• You agree not to use automated scripts or bots to scrape or overload the Platform.

Intellectual Property

The Omnikite name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of their respective owners. The tools and their source code are available under the license specified in our GitHub repository.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate for all use cases. Always verify critical outputs independently.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnikite and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Since all processing occurs locally in your browser, you are solely responsible for the data you process and the actions you take based on tool outputs.

Third-Party Content

The Platform may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers. Clicking on advertisements is at your own discretion.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
