Frequently Asked Questions

Is my API payload or authorization token sent to Omnikite servers?

No. All HTTP requests are executed directly from your browser runtime via the native Fetch API. No sensitive tokens or payloads ever touch an intermediate server.

Why do some third-party API requests fail with a CORS error?

Browsers enforce Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) security. If a remote API server does not send 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *', your browser will block the response. Switch to the 'Code Export' tab to run the exact cURL command in your terminal.

Can I export my request to Python, Axios, or cURL?

Yes! Switch to the 'Code Export' tab in the response panel to copy one-click snippets in JavaScript Fetch, Axios, cURL, and Python requests.
